President Bush & Prayers

"My pastor met [President] Bush and said he is a Godly man who prays every morning."

We don't doubt that President Bush prays. But what is more important is whether or not God is answering his prayers. 1 Samuel 28:5-6 states, "When Saul saw the Philistine army, he was afraid; terror filled his heart. He inquired of the Lord, but the Lord did not answer him..."

Unless President Bush has been praying for terrorist strikes on 9/11 and a drawn out guerrilla war, the Lord doesn't seem to be answering his prayers.
